INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS: i) Our standard fee, charged for the selling of a property, is 5% of the agreed transaction value (plus IVA). This fee is payable by the vendor on the moment of the notary witnessed deed transfer/signing. ii) Our standard fee, charged for the renting of a property, is the equivalence of 1.5 month´s rent at the agreed rate (plus IVA). This fee is payable by the tenant on the moment of the rental contract signing.

In the cases, where we require from our customers forms of identification and/or financial documentation, we strictly adhere to the required protocols of the relevant data protection legislation. In accordance with Law 15/1999, such documentation will never be shared or even retained beyond its purpose and all such documentation will be deleted from our computer system in the most responsible and complete manner, once its purpose has been fulfilled.
